Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Festus Ephraim started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Okoli Jibo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ben Edidiong Uzoeululu having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Redhill's zone, Chibuzo Otubusen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ben Edidiong Uzoeululu came out of the goal and Chibuzo Otubusen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Redhill's Festus Ephraim was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 9th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 12th minute Chibuzo Otubusen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ben Edidiong Uzoeululu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiazagomekpele Fashiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Festus Ephraim in the 18th minute of the match. Samson Chukwuma Olorunleke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Chiazagomekpele Fashiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 53rd minute, Okoli Jibo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Samson Chukwuma Olorunleke took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chiazagomekpele Fashiro. Chiazagomekpele Fashiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Festus Ephraim in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chiazagomekpele Fashiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the game, Redhill's Samson Chukwuma Olorunleke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chiazagomekpele Fashiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 71st minute Samson Chukwuma Olorunleke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiazagomekpele Fashiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 minutes of play, Redhill's Samson Chukwuma Olorunleke made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chiazagomekpele Fashiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ben Edidiong Uzoeululu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chibuzo Otubusen in the 88th minute. Ben Edidiong Uzoeululu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Okoli Jibo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-2 in the 89 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Redhill had won after a very even match.
