Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stevie Theobald to make the kick off. George Murray's late challenge caught a Great Ayton` FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fred Dewhirst 's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Spike Roebuck skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gerry Moody showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jake Pearch in the 95th minute of the match. Kimpton AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
