Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Romeo Donaghy took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Tatsfield FC got a freekick which was hit by Marc Poynton. After a rather tough play, Polperro's Maik Clark got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Marc Poynton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Billy Woods when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Billy Woods made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Graeme Ellis sent off a good shot on target. Polperro's Billy Woods played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Donaghy in the 11th minute of play. In the 13thth minute of the game Ben Washington who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tatsfield FC's Carl Robertson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Billy Woods made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Donaghy in the 15th minute of play. Marc Poynton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Stephen Oakes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Robertson was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Stephen Oakes sped through Tatsfield FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carl Robertson. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stephen Oakes made a kick off. Tatsfield FC's Carl Robertson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Oakes in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Marc Poynton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Billy Woods. Polperro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marc Poynton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Ben Washington scored 2-3 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carl Robertson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 66 played minutes Polperro got a freekick which was hit by Maik Clark. Romeo Donaghy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Billy Woods tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Graeme Ellis charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Graeme Ellis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Polperro booed when Tatsfield FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Graeme Ellis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marc Poynton struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Billy Woods didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tatsfield FC. When Graeme Ellis was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. After 75 played minutes Tatsfield FC got a freekick which was hit by Graeme Ellis. After 86 minutes, Reggie Alsop mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tatsfield FC and the Polperro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Reggie Alsop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carl Robertson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ben Washington in the 88th minute. Marc Poynton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Billy Woods tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reggie Alsop in the 98th minute of play forced Polperro's goalkeeper Billy Woods to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Polperro players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
