Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rownun McNamara made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in Swanlinbar Utd's zone, Geoffrey Prunty stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Finbar Doyle came out of the goal and Geoffrey Prunty tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boyce Deery recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 6 minutes into the game, Kealan Lavine was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Swanlinbar Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moore AFC the free kick. In the 6th minute, Kealan Lavine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tirloch McWill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kealan Lavine in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conn Silke in the 10th minute of play forced Swanlinbar Utd's goalkeeper Finbar Doyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Devlin McPeter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Finbar Doyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geoffrey Prunty in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Finbar Doyle saved Swanlinbar Utd from getting behind. Finbar Doyle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geoffrey Prunty in the 17th minute of the match. Devlin McPeter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conn Silke in the 21st minute of play forced Swanlinbar Utd's goalkeeper Finbar Doyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geoffrey Prunty in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Finbar Doyle saved Swanlinbar Utd from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Boyce Deery ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Finbar Doyle was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 28 played minutes Moore AFC got a freekick which was hit by Devlin McPeter. If Geoffrey Prunty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Moore AFC's Conn Silke in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Swanlinbar Utd's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Geoffrey Prunty managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moore AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Geoffrey Prunty was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Finbar Doyle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Moore AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Geoffrey Prunty made the kick off in the second half. Geoffrey Prunty was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Conn Silke scored 0-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Finbar Doyle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Swanlinbar Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Devlin McPeter came free, but Finbar Doyle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Geoffrey Prunty got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Finbar Doyle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conn Silke's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. After 67 played minutes Moore AFC got a freekick which was hit by Reginald Ghee. A hard shot 75 in the game by Geoffrey Prunty from a close distance when the talented Finbar Doyle managed to make a qualified save. Swanlinbar Utd's players were relieved. Finbar Doyle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conn Silke in the 76th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geoffrey Prunty got free with Finbar Doyle in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the match, Moore AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rownun McNamara came free, but Tirloch McWill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Swanlinbar Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Conn Silke came free, but Finbar Doyle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Moore AFC's Conn Silke ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Finbar Doyle. Finbar Doyle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Moore AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
