Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Giles Coyle kicked off to start the match. Cherrywood Celtic FC's Barram McIan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Branagain Duggan in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Boethis McBjarton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blavock McSteven hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The supporters of Dromahoe booed when Cherrywood Celtic FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blavock McSteven didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute Branagain Duggan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barram McIan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rordan McDecland hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. When Bradigan Deans came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Dromahoe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bradigan Deans couldn't finish the play. Barram McIan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradigan Deans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giles Coyle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Donelle Harkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Blavock McSteven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bradigan Deans came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Dromahoe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bradigan Deans couldn't finish the play. Dromahoe's Donelle Harkin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Dromahoe from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baird Palmer during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cherrywood Celtic FC's Barram McIan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bradigan Deans in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bradigan Deans to strike the kick off in the second half. If Branagain Duggan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Branagain Duggan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Barram McIan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Dromahoe's Branagain Duggan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Barram McIan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 62nd minute Bradigan Deans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barram McIan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Cherrywood Celtic FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blavock McSteven to maneuver through the defense. If Triain Lester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Branagain Duggans short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Barram McIan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 69th minute, Dromahoe's Bradigan Deans dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 76th minute, Branagain Duggan made a precise shot to the right of Barram McIan. Cherrywood Celtic FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Binean Rogers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Donelle Harkin having to make a save. In the 86th minute, Blavock McSteven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donelle Harkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donn Rutherford in the 89th minute of play. After 93 played minutes Cherrywood Celtic FC got a freekick which was hit by Rordan McDecland. 97 minutes into the match, Cherrywood Celtic FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bradigan Deans came free, but Barram McIan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dromahoe's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
