Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Comhghall Dillon kicked off to start the match. Tathan Ghee came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Ballydivin's Comhghall Dillon. But to his dismay, Comhghall Dillon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 10th minute Emmet McFrank shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brann McNamara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brann McNamara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keegan Dillon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ballydivin booed when Naas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Keegan Dillon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute, Beamard Rutherford got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Reagan Ghee fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Naas's protests and gave Reagan Ghee a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Reagan Ghee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Naas getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Pauric John hit a great ball. With a little luck, Naas's Tathan Ghee got control of the ball when Art Silke tried to sneak it across the goal line. Brann McNamara came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Naas's Keegan Dillon. But to his dismay, Keegan Dillon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keegan Dillon in the 32nd minute of play forced Ballydivin's goalkeeper Brann McNamara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 minutes Ballydivin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Keegan Dillon who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Naas getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Emmet McFrank hit a great ball. Keegan Dillon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Brann McNamara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Comhghall Dillon came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Ballydivin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Comhghall Dillon couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute, Comhghall Gollogley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brann McNamara was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emmet McFrank made a kick off. In the 61st minute Keegan Dillon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brann McNamara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beamard Rutherford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brann McNamara having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Naas's Keegan Dillon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brann McNamara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Ballydivin's Brann McNamara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Comhghall Gollogley in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Keegan Dillon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Brann McNamara. The goal made the score 1-5. In the 81st minute, Emmet McFrank hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Emmet McFrank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pauric John in the 88th minute of play forced Ballydivin's goalkeeper Brann McNamara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brann McNamara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keegan Dillon, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute Comhghall Gollogley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brann McNamara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Brann McNamara managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Naas's Comhghall Gollogley fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 96th minute, Naas's Keegan Dillon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. The Ballydivin fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Naas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
