Paul McPeter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Tomás McCollion made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paul McPeter got free with Tomás McCollion in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Timmons Hunt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Tomás McCollion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Balladian Utd could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Littleton throughout the match.
