In the 3rd minute, Patton McPaul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Tullykinroe's zone, Darick Delaney stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beairtle Glen Crowe came out of the goal and Darick Delaney tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Breslin McNamara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Darick Delaney kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Royan Savic in the 15th minute of play forced Tullykinroe's goalkeeper Beairtle Glen Crowe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Beacan Caffrey came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Tullykinroe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beacan Caffrey couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Crumpane's zone, Beacan Caffrey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eoghan Kelly came out of the goal and Beacan Caffrey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 31st play minutes Beacan Caffrey shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Eoghan Kelly and just under the crossbar into goal. Beairtle Glen Crowe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abbot Branson in the 34th minute of the match. Royan Savic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beairtle Glen Crowe having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abbot Branson in the 38th minute of play forced Tullykinroe's goalkeeper Beairtle Glen Crowe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tullykinroe's Beairtle Glen Crowe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abbot Branson in the 42nd minute of play. Beairtle Glen Crowe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Royan Savic, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 45thth minute of the game Royan Savic who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tullykinroe's Beairtle Glen Crowe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Crumpane's Eoghan Kelly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lawrence McGlenn in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Patton McPaul's late challenge caught a Crumpane's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patton McPaul helped the player get up and apologised. Patton McPaul hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Beacan Caffrey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eoghan Kelly. Crumpane's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beacan Caffrey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Tullykinroe's zone, Abbot Branson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beairtle Glen Crowe came out of the goal and Abbot Branson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute, Breslin McNamara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Beacan Caffrey struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Eoghan Kelly didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tullykinroe. Beairtle Glen Crowe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abbot Branson in the 71st minute of play. Breslin McNamara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eoghan Kelly read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Beacan Caffrey charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beacan Caffrey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tullykinroe getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Beacan Caffrey hit a great ball. After 82 minutes of play, Tullykinroe's Beacan Caffrey made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eoghan Kelly was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sheridan Willson kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Beairtle Glen Crowe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abbot Branson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abbot Branson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beairtle Glen Crowe having to interfere. Beairtle Glen Crowe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abbot Branson, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Crumpane's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
