Feltrim's Beairtle Glen Crowe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bradner McTommy in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beacan Caffrey in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caolán Dempsey saved Reenroe from getting behind. In the 15th minute Bradner McTommy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beairtle Glen Crowe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brendann Bayes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caolán Dempsey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brefni McGlenn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Breslin McNamara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caolán Dempsey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brendann Bayes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Beairtle Glen Crowe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bradner McTommy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 minutes, Rowley Prunty mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reenroe and the Feltrim players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Feltrim booed when Reenroe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rowley Prunty didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reenroe's Caolán Dempsey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beacan Caffrey in the 38th minute of play. Brendann Bayes hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the game, Lawrence McGlenn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Feltrim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reenroe the free kick. In the 41st match minute, Feltrim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lawrence McGlenn to maneuver through the defense. Bradner McTommy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beairtle Glen Crowe having to interfere. If Beacan Caffrey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute of the match Breslin McNamara sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Caolán Dempsey skillfully saved the ball. Beairtle Glen Crowe made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Brendann Bayes sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Beacan Caffrey to strike the kick off in the second half. Patton McPaul hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Breslin McNamara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Feltrim's supporters rose to their feet, but Breslin McNamara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caolán Dempsey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradner McTommy in the 66th minute of play forced Feltrim's goalkeeper Beairtle Glen Crowe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Beacan Caffrey dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Caolán Dempsey, 0-1. After some careless play in the Reenroe defense, Breslin McNamara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caolán Dempsey. The Reenroe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caolán Dempsey should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Beacan Caffrey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Feltrim's supporters rose to their feet, but Beacan Caffrey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caolán Dempsey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Breslin Dunne during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Reenroe's Breslin Dunne got a free kick in the 79th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Feltrim's Beacan Caffrey slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Caolán Dempsey. That made the score 0-3 after 82 minutes of play. In the 87th match minute, Feltrim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Breslin McNamara to maneuver through the defense. Bradner McTommy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Beairtle Glen Crowe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brendann Bayes in the 95th minute of play forced Feltrim's goalkeeper Beairtle Glen Crowe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Feltrim had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
