Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gilbeirt Doyle took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, Hermitage was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Art McNamee to maneuver through the defense. If Gilbeirt Doyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th of the match, Gilbeirt Doyle tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Brefni McNamara got in the way and made a wonderful save. Torin Tierney's late challenge caught a Rams Town's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torin Tierney helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hermitage getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Torin Tierney hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Rams Town's Gilbeirt Doyle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brefni McNamara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Brefni McNamara successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nestor Nerio came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Hermitage's Teddy Colwell. But to his dismay, Teddy Colwell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Gilbeirt Doyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brefni McNamara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casey Gallagher in the 27th minute. In the 33rd minute, Tipper Hutton made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Nerio. Rams Town's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Tipper Hutton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Nestor Nerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tathan Palmer was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 42 minutes into the match. Brefni McNamara went to the wrong direction when Conan Robinson was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 47 played minutes Rams Town got a freekick which was hit by Arthur McCollion. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rourke Keegan made a kick off. Brefni McNamara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casey Gallagher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brefni McNamara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbeirt Doyle in the 54th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harvey McPeter during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Hermitage was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harvey McPeter to maneuver through the defense. Hermitage's Brefni McNamara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casey Gallagher in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbeirt Doyle in the 58th minute of play forced Hermitage's goalkeeper Brefni McNamara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hermitage's goalkeeper Brefni McNamara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 63 minutes, Rourke Keegan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hermitage's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rourke Keegan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brefni McNamara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbeirt Doyle in the 70th minute of play. Nestor Nerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rourke Keegan in the 77th minute. Brefni McNamara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casey Gallagher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 played minutes Hermitage got a freekick which was hit by Torin Tierney. Rams Town's Gilbeirt Doyle got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rams Town were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Hermitage to leave the ground with a draw.
