Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barde Doyle made a kick off. Churchvilla's Declan McWillie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reidy Costello in the 52nd minute of play. The throw-in from Claus Faber in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Churchvilla's Kerrigan Brennan. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rosmult had played much better football throughout.
