Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Al Middlewood made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to Southall City getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Aaron Reed hit a great ball. Barrie Holloway sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Southall City's Lucas Constantine in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Haslemere's goalie prevented a goal. Lucas Constantine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Casey Platt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 minutes of play, Southall City's Barrie Holloway made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casey Platt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Casey Platt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Constantine, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes Haslemere got a freekick which was hit by Kris Todd. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Constantine in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casey Platt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute of the match Leigh Durkin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Casey Platt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lucas Constantine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Constantine hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Casey Platt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Constantine in the 46th minute of the match. If Barrie Holloway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Constantine was the one to do the kick off. Casey Platt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ashley Miles, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Casey Platt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Constantine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Ian Parry successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Al Middlewood recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73 minutes, Freddie Hales mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haslemere and the Southall City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Freddie Hales kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Barrie Holloway scored 2-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casey Platt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Lucas Constantine came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Southall City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Constantine couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kris Todd during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 81 minutes into the match, Southall City's Gordon Gregory broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kieran Stubbs kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. If Gordon Gregory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Spike Long had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Southall City players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
