Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ozzy Cooper got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Aaron Wilson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Bancroft was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Pedro Bancroft showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liam Vaughn, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Ozzy Cooper's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sonny Bannatyne firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 21st minute Aaron Wilson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Bancroft saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Bancroft made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Ashby in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of London Met Academy booed when Man Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alistair Castledine didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 minutes, Aaron Wilson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Man Utd and the London Met Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liam Vaughn in the 29th minute of play forced London Met Academy's goalkeeper Pedro Bancroft to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Bancroft made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sol Parkinson in the 32nd minute of play. Pedro Bancroft made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Wilson in the 35th minute of play. If Kevin Eanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Man Utd getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Sol Parkinson hit a great ball. Pedro Bancroft took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Wilson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keiran Oliver in the 46th minute of play forced London Met Academy's goalkeeper Pedro Bancroft to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aaron Wilson made a kick off. Pedro Bancroft made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keiran Oliver in the 62nd minute of play. Pedro Bancroft didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aaron Wilson went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 70th minute Keiran Oliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Bancroft saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevin Eanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sonny Bannatyne having to interfere. Pedro Bancroft came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Man Utd's Aaron Wilson. But to his dismay, Aaron Wilson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 84 minutes into the match, London Met Academy's goalkeeper Pedro Bancroft had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liam Vaughn. 94 minutes into the match, Aaron Wilson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Bancroft, 0-7. Man Utd's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
