Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Calvin Pelc started the match with the kick off. Reject United FC's Garth Knightley managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Shane Shaw in the 3 minute of the game. Garth Knightley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver La Forte having to interfere. Reject United FC's Walter Bowen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaz Little in the 8th minute of play. If Lenny Shaw had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calvin Pelc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Walter Bowen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pea FC's Les Henwood got a free kick in the 29th minute. If Lenny Shaw had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stu Kershaw struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Oliver La Forte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Oliver La Forte made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Lenny Shaw sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute, Garth Knightley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reject United FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Garry Malpeli made a kick off. Pea FC's Oliver La Forte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garth Knightley in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Garry Malpeli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Leo Cooke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Walter Bowen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calvin Pelc, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After having played for 60 minutes, Garry Malpeli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reject United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Garry Malpeli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Pea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sean Kenna came free, but Oliver La Forte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Hinshelwood blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oliver La Forte having to make a save. Garth Knightley struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Oliver La Forte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reject United FC. When Reject United FC's Garth Knightley in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Oliver La Forte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Garry Malpeli in the 91st minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Reject United FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
