After 4 played minutes Wilnecote Wanders got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Ainge. 12 minutes into the match, Lewis Gamble notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Wilnecote Wanders's Rory Whiteley. Rory Whiteley was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 16th minute, Danny Parkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Danny Parkin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Truro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danny Parkin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ozzy Kearney's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rory Whiteley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Terry Davies hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Rory Whiteley made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Ozzy Kearney sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 30 minutes, Ozzy Kearney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Truro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ozzy Kearney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Wilnecote Wanders's goal looked a bit too open when Danny Parkin came free, but Rory Whiteley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rory Whiteley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danny Parkin's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Ozzy Kearney could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Rory Whiteley made a huge save. Rory Whiteley was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Danny Parkin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Danny Parkin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Danny Parkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rory Whiteley having to interfere. Wilnecote Wanders's Rory Whiteley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Parkin in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danny Parkin made a kick off. In the 55th minute Ozzy Kearney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rory Whiteley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Ainge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the match, Lewis Gamble notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Wilnecote Wanders's Rory Whiteley. Rory Whiteley was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Truro's zone, Ivan Ainge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John-Paul Carey-Bertram came out of the goal and Ivan Ainge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danny Parkin in the 73rd minute of play forced Wilnecote Wanders's goalkeeper Rory Whiteley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danny Parkin in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rory Whiteley saved Wilnecote Wanders from getting behind. Wilnecote Wanders's Rory Whiteley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Parkin in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of Truro booed when Wilnecote Wanders was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nath West didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rory Whiteley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ozzy Kearney in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Ozzy Kearney got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Truro players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
