Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nigel Soares got the match started through his kick off. Chris Oldham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nigel Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nigel Soares in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chris Oldham saved Beverley from getting behind. Laurence Broad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Oldham having to interfere. Beverley's Chris Oldham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nigel Soares in the 14th minute of play. Nigel Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Laurence Broads short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Chris Oldham to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antony Nowland made a kick off. After 55 played minutes Beverley got a freekick which was hit by Garry Van Der Hoorn. Seth Clough struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Chris Oldham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chiswick. 58 minutes into the match, Beverley's goal looked a bit too open when Nigel Soares came free, but Chris Oldham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurence Broad in the 60th minute of play forced Beverley's goalkeeper Chris Oldham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Antony Nowland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nigel Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Chris Oldham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurence Broad in the 65th minute of play forced Beverley's goalkeeper Chris Oldham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Nigel Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chiswick's supporters rose to their feet, but Nigel Soares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chris Oldham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Nigel Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chris Oldham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nigel Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chris Oldham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nigel Soares in the 74th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Chiswick got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Pearson. 78 minutes into the match, Beverley's Jay Varley broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Beverley's Chris Oldham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurence Broad in the 81st minute of play. If Nigel Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chris Oldham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurence Broad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Cody Morrison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chris Oldham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beverley succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Chiswick had controlled the match.
