Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Watton-at-Stone's Jamie Pritchard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Calum Booth let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 5th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. After having played for 8 minutes, Calum Booth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thornhill's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calum Booth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abraham Murtagh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Crispin Dlyan in the 10th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Calum Booth got free with Abraham Murtagh in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Timothy Reynolds fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Tabb having to interfere. Calum Booth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Abraham Murtagh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Calum Booth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calum Booth who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Abraham Murtagh when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Calum Booth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abraham Murtagh having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Watton-at-Stone's Dylan Hutchins got a free kick in the 38th minute. The supporters of Thornhill booed when Watton-at-Stone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamie Pritchard didn't get a good kick on the ball.

In the 54th minute Calum Booth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abraham Murtagh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abraham Murtagh came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Thornhill's Calum Booth. But to his dismay, Calum Booth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Calum Booth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Abraham Murtagh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jamie Pritchard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Calum Booth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abraham Murtagh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Calum Booth went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Watton-at-Stone's zone, Calum Booth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abraham Murtagh came out of the goal and Calum Booth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerry Lockwood kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After having played for 89 minutes, Dylan Hutchins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Watton-at-Stone's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dylan Hutchins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Thornhill's Calum Booth in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Watton-at-Stone's goalie prevented a goal. In the 95th minute Crispin Dlyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abraham Murtagh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thornhill's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
