Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arın Soner kicked off to start the match. Mattias Watkins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nusrettin Sehrud in the 4th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Legionnaires's goal looked a bit too open when Alastair Cooke came free, but Robert Topham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Alastair Cooke took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Robert Topham to make any attempt to save it. Robert Topham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alastair Cooke in the 18th minute of play. Robert Topham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alastair Cooke in the 21st minute of the match. After 25 minutes, Arın Soner made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bacup FC's Mattias Watkins tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Alastair Cooke dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Robert Topham, 2-1. 36 minutes into the match, Legionnaires's Nusrettin Sehrud sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mattias Watkins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Alastair Cooke took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robert Topham. Robert Topham dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. After 56 played minutes Bacup FC got a freekick which was hit by Denny Dimmock. Mattias Watkins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arın Soner, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 3-3 became the score in the 60th minute when Aaron Dawson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Nusrettin Sehrud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Watkins having to interfere. Robert Topham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Nancy, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When Legionnaires's Arın Soner in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bacup FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nusrettin Sehrud in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mattias Watkins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 86 played minutes Bacup FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivor Breeden. 90 minutes into the match, Nusrettin Sehrud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mattias Watkins. Bacup FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nusrettin Sehrud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. Nusrettin Sehruds short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Mattias Watkins to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 96th minute, Bacup FC's Lucas Griffin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lucas Griffin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bacup FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lucas Griffin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 98th minute there was a penalty for Legionnaires. Nusrettin Sehrud stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mattias Watkins. 3-5. The Legionnaires players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
