Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dom Shephard kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Dominic Lee-Barrett had to leave the field with a concussion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Bennett during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Bennett kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. When Isaac Rushforth came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Tenbury Wells fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Rushforth couldn't finish the play. Roger Blackwater made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Vern Lynch sent off a good shot on target. Vern Lynch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dom Shephard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tenbury Wells's Roger Blackwater played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simeon Wheeler in the 25th minute of play. Simeon Wheeler was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 31st minute. Dunstable City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Tenbury Wells's zone, Simeon Wheeler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Blackwater came out of the goal and Simeon Wheeler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute Simeon Wheeler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Blackwater saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Rushforth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaac Rushforth scored 0-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Horsell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Tenbury Wells were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Rushforth got free with Richard Horsell in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isaac Rushforth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Richard Horsell made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Simeon Wheeler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dunstable City's supporters rose to their feet, but Simeon Wheeler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Blackwater breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roger Blackwater showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vern Lynch, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Isaac Rushforth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dunstable City's Richard Horsell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Dunstable City from getting a goal against them. Isaac Rushforth might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richard Horsell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isaac Rushforth ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 81 minutes, Dom Shephard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tenbury Wells's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dom Shephard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isaac Rushforth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tenbury Wells's Roger Blackwater played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simeon Wheeler in the 86th minute of play. Roger Blackwater showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vern Lynch in the 92nd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Lee Story-Moore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tenbury Wells's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dunstable City the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 96th minute of the game. One of Tenbury Wells:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dunstable City:s goal. The referee gave Dunstable City a penalty, 99 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Felix Corrigan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tenbury Wells's Roger Blackwater. 1-2. Tenbury Wells played a much better game than Dunstable City and deserved their victory. The Dunstable City players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
