Richie Street sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute, Bradley Monkhouse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Crispin Hardwick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Will Willets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richie Street in the 14th minute of the match. Will Willets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richie Street, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Middlesbrough United's goalkeeper Danny Dryden had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bradley Monkhouse. In the 20th minute, Sean Power hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Richie Street had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Will Willets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Crispin Hardwick, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Richie Street recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Middlesbrough United booed when Moorlands Rangers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ken Horner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moorlands Rangers's Will Willets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Crispin Hardwick in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Ronny Welch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Middlesbrough United fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Middlesbrough United's Richie Street looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richie Street to make the kick off. Zane Dyson hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Richie Street fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Will Willets having to interfere. Will Willets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richie Street in the 64th minute of play. Bradley Monkhouse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Dryden having to interfere. If Bradley Monkhouse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Will Willets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richie Street in the 80th minute of the match. After 82 minutes of play, Moorlands Rangers's Bradley Monkhouse made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danny Dryden was left in no man's land by his defense there! Crispin Hardwick succeeded in the game's 86th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Zane Dyson hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Moorlands Rangers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Middlesbrough United's performance. The match ended with a win for Middlesbrough United.
