The audience thought a goal was coming when Duncan Impey got free with Nicky Lancaster in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicky Lancaster showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zane Johnstone, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Richard Saelman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Crabtree having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Han Collen in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Crabtree prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Han Collen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Crabtree was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. If Han Collen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leeds AFC's David Crabtree played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Han Collen in the 27th minute of play. Han Collen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Crabtree having to interfere. David Crabtree made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Saelman in the 32nd minute of play. Nicky Lancaster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zane Johnstone in the 33rd minute of play. Han Collen kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Han Collen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Han Collen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Crabtree breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the match, Leeds AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Han Collen came free, but David Crabtree reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richard Saelman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. David Crabtree tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Han Collen was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Leeds AFC's David Crabtree got control of the ball when Han Collen tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zane Johnstone in the 54th minute of play forced Manchester United fc's goalkeeper Nicky Lancaster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicky Lancaster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duncan Impey in the 65th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Manchester United fc's goal looked a bit too open when Blair Broom came free, but Nicky Lancaster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Edmílson Passos fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester United fc's protests and gave Edmílson Passos a yellow card for diving instead. Edmílson Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Zane Johnstone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicky Lancaster was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Keiran Fitter kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Manchester United fc's goal looked a bit too open when Zane Johnstone came free, but Nicky Lancaster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 95 in the game by Han Collen from a close distance when the talented David Crabtree managed to make a qualified save. Leeds AFC's players were relieved. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
