Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Conan Corrigan started the match with the kick off. 12 minutes into the game, Les Mowlem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chingford City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pouton the free kick. Glyn Rothwell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christopher Whittaker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Les Mowlem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toby Easton, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Pouton's Conan Corrigan got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Glyn Rothwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conan Corrigan in the 38th minute of the match. Stuart Culverhouse's late challenge caught a Pouton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stuart Culverhouse helped the player get up and apologised. After 41 played minutes Chingford City got a freekick which was hit by Stuart Culverhouse. 46 minutes into the match, Pouton's Christopher Whittaker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Glyn Rothwell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jamie Osmond to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conan Corrigan in the 64th minute of play forced Chingford City's goalkeeper Glyn Rothwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jamie Osmond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without CJ Poate having to interfere. Mick Way kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Pouton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toby Easton to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Chingford City's Alex Bradley tried to score from far away in the 71st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jordan Darling's late challenge caught a Chingford City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jordan Darling helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Christopher Whittaker got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. CJ Poate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamie Osmond in the 77th minute of the match. Glyn Rothwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conan Corrigan in the 84th minute of the match. Glyn Rothwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conan Corrigan in the 85th minute of play.
