Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Liam Monk kicked off to start the match. Jasper Riad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marty Harrington having to interfere. If Verne Johnston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marty Harrington was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Jasper Riad capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jasper Riad really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Nicholas Law kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Nicholas Law kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Rio Owen shot a long shot in the 14th minute and a light blocked Marty Harrington hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Westbury-sub-Mendip's zone, Liam Monk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marty Harrington came out of the goal and Liam Monk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Rio Owen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Verne Johnston struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Joel Hornsby didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westbury-sub-Mendip. Jasper Riad came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marty Harrington could save by the left post. Marty Harrington made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jasper Riad in the 29th minute. Liam Monk struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Marty Harrington didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorchester. Nicholas Law kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Westbury-sub-Mendip's Marty Harrington proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Westbury-sub-Mendip from getting a goal against them. After 47 minutes, Jeff Ellison mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Westbury-sub-Mendip and the Dorchester players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Westbury-sub-Mendip was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeff Ellison to maneuver through the defense. Westbury-sub-Mendip's Marty Harrington proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Westbury-sub-Mendip from getting a goal against them. Jasper Riad received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marty Harrington came out and tried to block the shot, but Jasper Riad slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After having played for 55 minutes, Jasper Riad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorchester's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jasper Riad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Westbury-sub-Mendip's Verne Flower got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The audience held their breath when Rio Owen in the 63rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Marty Harrington's left hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liam Monk in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marty Harrington prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joel Hornsby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verne Johnston in the 73rd minute of the match. During the 75th minute of the match Jeff Ellison completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jeff Ellison a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Westbury-sub-Mendip getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jeff Ellison hit a great ball. Westbury-sub-Mendip's Marty Harrington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jasper Riad in the 78th minute of play. Marty Harrington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liam Monk in the 80th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Westbury-sub-Mendip got a freekick which was hit by Nicholas Law. Jasper Riad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Marty Harrington tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Dorchester's Liam Monk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marty Harrington made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Jasper Riad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dorchester's supporters rose to their feet, but Jasper Riad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marty Harrington breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Dorchester players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
