Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lewis Barnes started the match with the kick off. Rhys Laycock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tyrone Pamplin, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. If Aaron Nightingale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute, Dan Partridge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Fulchester United FC booed when Maniac City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clive Philpott didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trevor Morris in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rhys Laycock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trevor Morris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Rhys Laycock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19 minutes of play, Fulchester United FC's Tyrone Pamplin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rhys Laycock was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Fulchester United FC's Lewis Cross got a free kick in the 27th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deon Jowsey got free with Sacha Bannister in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maniac City's Rhys Laycock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trevor Morris in the 35th minute of play. Malcolm May hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute Fulchester United FC were awarded a corner. Marty Wedlock went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Fulchester United FC's corner Marty Wedlock fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rhys Laycock quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the Maniac City defense, Tyrone Pamplin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rhys Laycock. The Maniac City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rhys Laycock should have stopped the shot.

Lewis Barnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lewis Barnes kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Malcolm May hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. When Fulchester United FC's Tyrone Pamplin in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maniac City's goalie prevented a goal. Trevor Morris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sacha Bannister showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lewis Barnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Malcolm May, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a little luck, Maniac City's Rhys Laycock got control of the ball when Trevor Morris tried to sneak it across the goal line. Malcolm May charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Malcolm May the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fulchester United FC's Marty Wedlock couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Maniac City. A collision led to Fulchester United FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Andrew Lambley hit a great ball. Dan Partridge's late challenge caught a Maniac City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dan Partridge helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th match minute, Fulchester United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Partridge to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fulchester United FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! The referee gave Maniac City a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Deon Jowsey, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Fulchester United FC's Sacha Bannister. 1-2. Aaron Nightingale hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Maniac City supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Fulchester United FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Fulchester United FC.
