After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Tyrone Pamplin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fulchester United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tyrone Pamplin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dominik Mortlock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Phil McGrath charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Phil McGrath the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Phil McGrath kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Horsham AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tyrone Pamplin came free, but Dominik Mortlock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liam Morrell's late challenge caught a Fulchester United FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Liam Morrell helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st minute, Liam Morrell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dominik Mortlock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trevor Morris in the 23rd minute of the match. Fulchester United FC's Tyrone Pamplin got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dominik Mortlock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trevor Morris, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A collision led to Fulchester United FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Rupert Amos hit a great ball. If Tyrone Pamplin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trevor Morris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Mortlock having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Tyrone Pamplin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fulchester United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tyrone Pamplin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Horsham AFC's Liam Morrell got a free kick in the 39th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tyrone Pamplin made a kick off. Dominik Mortlock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tyrone Pamplin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Trevor Morriss short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Dominik Mortlock to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tyrone Pamplin in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dominik Mortlock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 56 minutes, Tyrone Pamplin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fulchester United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tyrone Pamplin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Trevor Morris got free with Dominik Mortlock in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dominik Mortlock was a little too slow when Tyrone Pamplin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-1. Dominik Mortlock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Trevor Morris's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. The audience was convinced that Tyrone Pamplin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dominik Mortlock was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Horsham AFC's goalkeeper Dominik Mortlock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Fulchester United FC's Lewis Cross got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Horsham AFC's Terry Kent sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sacha Bannister narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carl Dobson hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 79 minutes Horsham AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marty Wedlock who took care of the corner kick. Dominik Mortlock was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Tyrone Pamplin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tyrone Pamplin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Dominik Mortlock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tyrone Pamplin in the 91st minute of play. Vincent Pitts hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Giles Hutchinson kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Horsham AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Fulchester United FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Fulchester United FC.
