Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Leo Letheren made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the match, Bredon City's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Letheren came free, but Duncan Crouch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bredon City's Duncan Crouch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Bredon City from getting a goal against them. The Dersingham AFC fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Dersingham AFC's Leo Letheren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leo Letheren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Duncan Crouch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Lucas Meade who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bredon City's Duncan Crouch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dersingham AFC's Danny Crouch got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Derek Townsend took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rod Barratt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Dersingham AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Lucas Meade hit a great ball. Lloyd Beevers's late challenge caught a Bredon City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lloyd Beevers helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Bredon City's zone, Danny Crouch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duncan Crouch came out of the goal and Danny Crouch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute of the match, Leo Letheren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Duncan Crouch saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 45th minute, CJ Allanson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 played minutes, Dersingham AFC's Stew Weedon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Duncan Crouch came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dersingham AFC reached it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rod Barratt to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bredon City's goalkeeper Duncan Crouch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Danny Crouch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Leo Letheren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Danny Crouch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Duncan Crouch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danny Crouch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Duncan Crouch having to make a save. Leo Letheren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dersingham AFC's Danny Crouch got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rod Barratt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Meade struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Duncan Crouch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dersingham AFC. Duncan Crouch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lloyd Beevers, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Micheal West fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derek Townsend having to interfere. Danny Crouch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Pete Shields fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bredon City's protests and gave Pete Shields a yellow card for diving instead. If Leo Letheren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
