Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pete Sheringham made the kick off which started today's match. When Pedro Edmunds came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Oli O FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Edmunds couldn't finish the play. Len Plant took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Medlin. Pedro Medlin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Pete Sheringham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Calvin Medlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tommy Styles fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wanlip City's protests and gave Tommy Styles a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Wanlip City's Tommy Styles got a free kick in the 14th minute. Wanlip City's Calvin Medlin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Wanlip City from getting a goal against them. Pedro Medlin came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Wanlip City's Len Plant. But to his dismay, Len Plant quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to Wanlip City getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Joe Vine hit a great ball. Calvin Medlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pete Sheringham in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Wanlip City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Ryder to maneuver through the defense. Calvin Medlin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Edmunds in the 38th minute. Pedro Edmunds received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Calvin Medlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Pete Sheringham took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Calvin Medlin to make any attempt to save it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Pete Sheringham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Medlin having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Pedro Edmunds got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Pedro Edmunds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, one of Wanlip City:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Wanlip City. 62 minutes into the game, Glen Dodgson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Calvin Medlin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Oli O FC's Sebastian Cooper got a free kick in the 65th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Craig Boulton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wanlip City's supporters rose to their feet, but Craig Boulton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Medlin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Edmunds fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Medlin having to interfere. Calvin Medlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pete Sheringham, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 77 minutes into the match, Pedro Edmunds had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Calvin Medlin. Wanlip City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Edmunds was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. The supporters of Oli O FC booed when Wanlip City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kelvin Lock didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calvin Medlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pete Sheringham in the 86th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Pete Sheringham's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Calvin Medlin was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Len Plant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Pedro Medlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
