Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Stefan Bourton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lee Haseldine having to interfere. In the 8th match minute, Formby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominic Copsey to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Norton Radstock's zone, John Paul White stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stew Birch came out of the goal and John Paul White tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Norton Radstock booed when Formby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grant Bray didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gwyn Straker was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Lee Haseldine came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Norton Radstock's Stefan Bourton. But to his dismay, Stefan Bourton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeff Adams in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lee Haseldine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Blewett in the 34th minute of play forced Formby's goalkeeper Lee Haseldine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Stefan Bourton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Norton Radstock fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. If Stefan Bourton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Bourton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Lee Haseldine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The audience was convinced that Brian Blewett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lee Haseldine was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Norton Radstock's Brian Blewett got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stew Birch was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Lewis Moon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lewis Moon really showed his touch with that goal: 5-2. Stefan Bourton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Brian Blewett ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lee Haseldine was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2.
