But to his dismay, Andrew Johnson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Arsene fc's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Scholten came free, but Wesley Brearley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wesley Brearley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Scholten, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Wesley Brearley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michail Antonio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wesley Brearley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cvetin Luković in the 18th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basil Crooks got free with Jesus Satordi in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, Elizabeth Three Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Răduța came free, but Jesus Satordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michail Antonio in the 29th minute of play forced Arsene fc's goalkeeper Wesley Brearley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesus Satordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigi Răduța in the 32nd minute of the match. After the first half Elizabeth Three Lions FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gigi Răduța made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrew Johnson got free with Wesley Brearley in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Arsene fc booed when Elizabeth Three Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrew Johnson didn't get a good kick on the ball.
