Hurst Green's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barnetby Le Wold the free kick. Henrique Bastos hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Magno Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Dikaté, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Toni Boal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Magno Simões read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Hurst Green's Emílio Valies sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Afonso Dos Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Miguel Dikaté fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Magno Simões, passed just outside the right post. Afonso Dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emílio Valies in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Emílio Valies cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Afonso Dos Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Miguel Dikaté managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barnetby Le Wold's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Dikaté was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magno Simões breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hurst Green's Emílio Valies got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute of the match Rodrigo Gonçalves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magno Simões showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Toni Boal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Magno Simões firmly grabbed it by the left post. Afonso Dos Santos didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Hurst Green's Emílio Valies shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 41stth minute of the game Saúl Tremura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barnetby Le Wold's Afonso Dos Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hurst Green's zone, Toni Boal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magno Simões came out of the goal and Toni Boal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Barnetby Le Wold players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hurst Green were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Dikaté to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Hurst Green's zone, Toni Boal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magno Simões came out of the goal and Toni Boal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Magno Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Boal, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barnetby Le Wold's goalkeeper Afonso Dos Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 59thth minute of the game Miguel Dikaté who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hurst Green's Magno Simões was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Emílio Valies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Dikaté in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magno Simões saved Hurst Green from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Saúl Tremura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afonso Dos Santos was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Afonso Dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saúl Tremura in the 76th minute of the match. Toni Boal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Toni Boal got free in front of the goal in the 83rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Magno Simões was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Barnetby Le Wold's goalkeeper Afonso Dos Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emílio Valies. In the 90th minute Saúl Tremura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Dos Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Barnetby Le Wold's goalkeeper Afonso Dos Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emílio Valies. The Hurst Green players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
