Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Lentilha started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, FC. copo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Areosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute, one of FC. copo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC. copo. If David Da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When David Zamora fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bowburn City's protests and gave David Zamora a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bowburn City getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. David Zamora hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lourenço Matta in the 23rd minute of play forced Bowburn City's goalkeeper Tozé Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC. copo getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Eduardo Nascimento hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Bowburn City's goal looked a bit too open when Lourenço Matta came free, but Tozé Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Lourenço Matta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tozé Almeida. Bowburn City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lourenço Matta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Edmundo Lentilha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Almeida having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Bowburn City's Vítor Almeida threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edmundo Lentilha, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With his leg Tozé Almeida managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when FC. copo's Sebastián Meneses fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lourenço Matta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lourenço Matta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Tozé Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC. copo's Vítor Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Da Costa in the 62nd minute of play. Edmundo Lentilha spun around in front of the goal 64 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC. copo's goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, David Zamora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bowburn City's supporters rose to their feet, but David Zamora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vítor Almeida breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vítor Almeida stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Da Costa's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Bowburn City's Tozé Almeida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Bowburn City from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Bowburn City getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Luís Savimbi hit a great ball. When Bowburn City's David Da Costa in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC. copo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 89th minute, Edmundo Lentilha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vítor Almeida was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, FC. copo's Marcelo Dikaté got a free kick in the 95th minute.
