Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Róbert Kohút kicked off to start the match. In the 9th match minute, BMI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Bauer to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Vidlička made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Imrek in the 12th minute of play. After 14 minutes of play BMI's Marek Bauer was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 15 minutes into the match, BMI's goal looked a bit too open when Samo Vašáry came free, but Ján Strobo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Štafura hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. BMI's Ján Strobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavol Gefert in the 22nd minute of play. Gabriel Vidlička came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by BMI's Marek Imrek. But to his dismay, Marek Imrek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Marek Imrek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Vidlička having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Pavol Gefert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Runina FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Pavol Gefert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ján Strobo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute Pavol Gefert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ján Strobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute, Róbert Pelikán got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

BMI's Marek Imrek got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marek Imrek's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gabriel Vidlička firmly grabbed it by the left post. 56 minutes into the match, BMI's goal looked a bit too open when Pavol Gefert came free, but Ján Strobo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of BMI booed when Runina FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Štafura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marek Imrek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Martin Štafura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ján Strobo. BMI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Štafura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Marek Imrek struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Gabriel Vidlička didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BMI. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Štafura in the 77th minute of play forced BMI's goalkeeper Ján Strobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Pavol Gefert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Runina FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pavol Gefert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pavol Gefert succeeded in the game's 80th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-3. 87 minutes into the game, Martin Štafura cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Ján Strobo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st match minute, Runina FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vojtech Hajdu to maneuver through the defense. Martin Štafura blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ján Strobo having to make a save. When the referee blew the final whistle, Runina FK could leave the field as winners, despite BMI having more of the ball for most of the match.
