Lino Gubanec made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Urh Gubanec sent off a good shot on target. Fabijan Vovk might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Petrič. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabijan Vovk ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Petrič showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabijan Vovk in the 17th minute of the match. Adi Prinčič kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Vojnik FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Berce came free, but Jonathan Petrič reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Razkrižje FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Said Bogdanović hit a great ball. Razkrižje FC's Lino Gubanec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valter Kezele in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vojnik FC's Adi Prinčič got a free kick in the 30th minute. A nice corner shot did that Metod Kern got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Petrič quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 45 minutes into the match, Fabijan Vovk notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Vojnik FC's Jonathan Petrič. Jonathan Petrič was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Antonio Berce made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Valter Kezele had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lino Gubanec. Razkrižje FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valter Kezele was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After some careless play in the Razkrižje FC defense, Valter Kezele kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lino Gubanec. The Razkrižje FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lino Gubanec should have stopped the shot. Mitar Vogrič hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When Urh Gubanec came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Vojnik FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urh Gubanec couldn't finish the play. After 67 played minutes Razkrižje FC got a freekick which was hit by Said Bogdanović. 75 minutes into the match, Razkrižje FC's goal looked a bit too open when Urh Gubanec came free, but Lino Gubanec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Razkrižje FC's Fabijan Vovk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Petrič narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Renzo Hočevar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Petrič showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Berce in the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Vojnik FC's Valter Kezele sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lino Gubanec narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valter Kezele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Lino Gubanec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chants of Razkrižje FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Vojnik FC had held the ball for most of the match.
