Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edvilijo Marinčič started the match with the kick off. Milorad Lampič showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvilijo Marinčič in the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Kungota FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Dorian Kerbler hit a great ball. Lun Krope was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 9th minute. Kamnik's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Kamnik getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Benjamin Berger hit a great ball. Edvilijo Marinčič received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Milorad Lampič came out and tried to block the shot, but Edvilijo Marinčič slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. Hubert Zarnik charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hubert Zarnik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kungota FC booed when Kamnik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Zarnik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Đerald Smrtnik kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Mateo Potočin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Šimnovec in the 38th minute of the match. Samel Petek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Milorad Lampič made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lun Krope in the 42nd minute. Samel Petek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Potočin having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Ovsec during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Kamnik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Ovsec to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samel Petek in the 48th minute of play forced Kamnik's goalkeeper Mateo Potočin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samel Petek made a kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Theo Porčić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kungota FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kamnik the free kick. After 56 played minutes Kungota FC got a freekick which was hit by Theo Porčić. Alberto Šimnovec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Milorad Lampič showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lun Krope in the 67th minute of the match. Gostimir Hoenn kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Mateo Potočin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lino Tomič. After 74 played minutes Samel Petek rounded Kamnik's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 82nd minute, Elsadet Hibić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mateo Potočin made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Alberto Šimnovec sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Šimnovec who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Mateo Potočin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 93 played minutes Kamnik got a freekick which was hit by George Ovsec. Alberto Šimnovec took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Potočin. Mateo Potočin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Kungota FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
