With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milovan Ban in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernard Kolman saved Ribnica na Pohorju from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zdravko Buh in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ladislav Pavlović prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 13 played minutes Ribnica MNK got a freekick which was hit by Theo Kuder. If Radislav Bremec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th match minute, Ribnica na Pohorju was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milutin Krasniqi to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Milovan Ban notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ribnica na Pohorju's Bernard Kolman. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zdravko Buh struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Ladislav Pavlović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Ribnica MNK's Ladislav Pavlović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdravko Buh in the 80th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Radislav Bremec's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernard Kolman was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 82nd minute, Želko Gašpar had to leave the field with a concussion. When Milutin Krasniqi fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ribnica na Pohorju's protests and gave Milutin Krasniqi a yellow card for diving instead. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ribnica MNK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
