The long shot by Milovan Šolman in the 8th minute really tested Mikele Milenković's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Cui Kun hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE's Mikele Milenković proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE from getting a goal against them. Aita Zaplana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cui Kun in the 13th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE got a freekick which was hit by Zejnel Dobnik. Slovenska Bistrica's Lukasz Orling couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE. Aita Zaplana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Guzman in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Slovenska Bistrica booed when N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ljupko Merčun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrijan Greiser took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mikele Milenković. N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ljupko Merčun struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Aita Zaplana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE. Aita Zaplana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Guzman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th match minute, Slovenska Bistrica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Moscatelli to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Cui Kun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aita Zaplana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Slovenska Bistrica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zejnel Dobnik took the corner. The corner ended in Zejnel Dobnik almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Slovenska Bistrica's Aita Zaplana did a great save. After 33 played minutes N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE got a freekick which was hit by Rajmund Kodele. Roy Keane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erminij Kukovec charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erminij Kukovec the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE's Erminij Kukovec got a free kick in the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roy Keane got free with Mikele Milenković in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Aldin Prelog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st match minute, N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vojislav Šarić to maneuver through the defense. After 46 minutes, Bartlomiej Mosiniak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE and the Slovenska Bistrica players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave Slovenska Bistrica a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Aita Zaplana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cui Kun's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Joaquin Guzman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aita Zaplana firmly grabbed it by the left post. N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE's Mikele Milenković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mavro Primar in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Slovenska Bistrica booed when N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartlomiej Mosiniak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikele Milenković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldin Prelog in the 64th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Roy Keane's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mikele Milenković was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. If Mavro Primar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Aldin Prelog got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bartlomiej Mosiniak kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Mikele Milenković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Keane, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Joaquin Guzman scored 1-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aita Zaplana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aldin Prelog recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikele Milenković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Keane in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE's Vladko Španić got a free kick in the 89th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladko Španić got free with Aita Zaplana in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in N.K. ROYAL PRIMORJE's zone, Mavro Primar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikele Milenković came out of the goal and Mavro Primar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
