Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Peder Lindkvist started the match with the kick off. Ole-Gunnar Horpestad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ragnar Käller in the 22nd minute. 29 minutes into the match, Arlöv RK's goalkeeper Ole-Gunnar Horpestad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ragnar Käller. Ragnar Käller's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ole-Gunnar Horpestad firmly grabbed it by the left post. Christer Hedlund hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Ragnar Käller made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Peder Lindkvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Henning Håkansson. The goal made the score 0-1. Ole-Gunnar Horpestad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragnar Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Håkan Stålberg in the 57th minute of play forced Arlöv RK's goalkeeper Ole-Gunnar Horpestad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Arlöv RK's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Käller came free, but Ole-Gunnar Horpestad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christer Hedlund during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ragnar Käller took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ole-Gunnar Horpestad. Ole-Gunnar Horpestad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ole-Gunnar Horpestad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Billing in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Arne Ekström in the 79th minute of play forced Arlöv RK's goalkeeper Ole-Gunnar Horpestad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvin Alfors kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When Lennart Billing came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Linneryd FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Billing couldn't finish the play. Ole-Gunnar Horpestad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Käller in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Ragnar Käller made a precise shot to the right of Ole-Gunnar Horpestad. Arlöv RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Tim Näfver hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Linneryd FK's Elliot Smitt got a free kick in the 96th minute. Linneryd FK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
