FC LillaParis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Järbo the free kick. After 7 played minutes FC LillaParis got a freekick which was hit by Per-Åke Wästerberg. Järbo's Christer Hagberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Blomkvist in the 14th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ludvig Clementsson got free with Christer Hagberg in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 44 played minutes Järbo got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Wos. Järbo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Jon Blomkvist scored to the left of an out of position Christer Hagberg, making the score, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

FC LillaParis's supporters rose to their feet, but Jon Blomkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christer Hagberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, Leonard Arvidsson notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Järbo's Christer Hagberg. Christer Hagberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 93rd minute, Jaroslaw Wos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Åke Wästerberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christer Hagberg. Järbo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. FC LillaParis's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
