Tenstakamraterna FF's Jonatan Stigsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bernt Klint in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jonatan Stigsson kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Bernt Klint made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Bergren in the 19th minute of play. Elliott Bergvall took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Göran Giöck. Tenstakamraterna FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Evert Bergren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernt Klint was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. The throw-in from Sven-Olof Säfström in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tenstakamraterna FF's Anthon Kvist. Räppe Goif's Bernt Klint played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Bergren in the 42nd minute of play. Bernt Klint stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evert Bergren's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Kåre Hultman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Räppe Goif's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kåre Hultman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evert Bergren to strike the kick off in the second half. When Joachim Tomasson came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Räppe Goif fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joachim Tomasson couldn't finish the play. Bernt Klint took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Bergren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evert Bergren in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernt Klint prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72ndth minute of the game Kåre Hultman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tenstakamraterna FF's Göran Giöck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernt Klint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Bergren, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Kåre Hultman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Göran Giöck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play.
