With an all-out effort, Räppe Goif's Iordache Encea threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alvar Lundblad, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 14th minute, Räppe Goif's Kåre Hultman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iordache Encea. Iordache Encea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Iordache Encea was a little too slow when Kåre Hultman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 3-0. 24 minutes into the match, August Bagge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernt Klint. Räppe Goif's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that August Bagge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Fredric Lundin hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, AC Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Kåre Hultman came free, but Iordache Encea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iordache Encea was a little too slow when Kåre Hultman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 4-1. Sebastian Gråberg hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A collision led to Räppe Goif getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Elliott Bergvall hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Mathias Delin managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Milan's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathias Delin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernt Klint breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the game, Kåre Lägdin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Bernt Klint was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-2.

The wind increased when Kåre Hultman made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cayetano Ikatz in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernt Klint saved Räppe Goif from getting behind. 54 minutes into the match, AC Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Kåre Hultman came free, but Iordache Encea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, AC Milan's Sebastian Gråberg got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Cayetano Ikatz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kåre Hultman in the 59th minute of play forced AC Milan's goalkeeper Iordache Encea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, August Bagge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernt Klint. In the 68th minute, Thomas Asserlind made a precise shot to the right of Iordache Encea. AC Milan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-3. After some careless play in the Räppe Goif defense, Kåre Lägdin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernt Klint. The Räppe Goif fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernt Klint should have stopped the shot. Bernt Klint went to the wrong direction when Mathias Delin was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Bernt Klint made an important save on a dangerous shot by August Bagge in the 82nd minute. Iordache Encea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kåre Hultman in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Räppe Goif booed when AC Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredric Lundin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in AC Milan's zone, Thomas Asserlind stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iordache Encea came out of the goal and Thomas Asserlind tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Räppe Goif booed when AC Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredric Lundin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernt Klint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kåre Lägdin, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. There was no doubt that Räppe Goif were the better team. Räppe Goif's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
