Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dalkurd FF's George Smedfeldt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yngve Bäck might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Strömberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yngve Bäck ran back to his position shaking his head. 7 minutes into the match, Dalkurd FF's goal looked a bit too open when Sébastien Swenson came free, but Holger Sigman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Holger Sigman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliks Czarnecki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th match minute, Dalkurd FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Runberg to maneuver through the defense. Feliks Czarnecki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Holger Sigman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Holger Sigman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sébastien Swenson in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Sébastien Swenson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Dalkurd FF's Leo Benett got a free kick in the 21st minute. Östen Apelqvist, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 22 minutes, Valentin Salkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dalkurd FF and the Påryd IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dalkurd FF! Holger Sigman had in the 23rdth minute some difficulties stopping Östen Apelqvist's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 25th minute Påryd IFK were awarded a corner. Östen Apelqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Dalkurd FF's goalie and right to Sébastien Swenson. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Dalkurd FF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After having played for 25 minutes, Viggo Lundström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Påryd IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viggo Lundström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dalkurd FF's Holger Sigman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sébastien Swenson in the 28th minute of play. If Sébastien Swenson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39thth minute of the game Sébastien Swenson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dalkurd FF's Holger Sigman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Johannes Nyberg charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johannes Nyberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Johannes Nyberg kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sébastien Swenson to strike the kick off in the second half. Pål Fridlund hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. When Sébastien Swenson came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Påryd IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sébastien Swenson couldn't finish the play. Holger Sigman made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Sébastien Swenson sent off a good shot on target. Roy Söderqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalkurd FF's Holger Sigman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Dalkurd FF from getting a goal against them. Sébastien Swenson had several of the Dalkurd FF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 73 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Holger Sigman as he didn't even see the shot coming. Holger Sigman came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Påryd IFK's Viggo Lundström. But to his dismay, Viggo Lundström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Roy Söderqvist hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, Sébastien Swenson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Holger Sigman. Dalkurd FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sébastien Swenson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Påryd IFK's Roy Söderqvist got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Roy Söderqvist off the ground. The supporters of Dalkurd FF booed when Påryd IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roy Söderqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Påryd IFK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
