An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Vestberg in the 3rd minute of play forced Fasseröds BK's goalkeeper 史克奕 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 minutes of play, FC Turabdin's Alfons Söderqwist made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 史克奕 was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 21 played minutes FC Turabdin got a freekick which was hit by Holger Hermansson. Rutger Hammarberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Rune Fransson having to interfere. In the 30th minute Charlie Uggstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 史克奕 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ademar Alvarenga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the game, Alfons Söderqwist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Turabdin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fasseröds BK the free kick. In the 41st minute, one of Fasseröds BK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fasseröds BK.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rutger Hammarberg was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Turabdin's Robert Blomberg got a free kick in the 51st minute. The score was now 2-2. 史克奕 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charlie Uggstedt in the 64th minute of play. After having played for 66 minutes, Rutger Hammarberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fasseröds BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rutger Hammarberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to FC Turabdin getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Holger Hermansson hit a great ball. In the 69th minute Rutger Hammarberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Rune Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fasseröds BK's attentive Östen Galle managed to snatch the ball when Holger Hermansson made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. 71 minutes into the match, FC Turabdin's goalkeeper Bengt-Rune Fransson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rutger Hammarberg. Rutger Hammarberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Bengt-Rune Fransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ademar Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fasseröds BK's 史克奕 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uno Strand in the 84th minute of play. Karl-Åke Igelström struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Bengt-Rune Fransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fasseröds BK. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rutger Hammarberg got free with Bengt-Rune Fransson in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, FC Turabdin's Bengt-Rune Fransson got control of the ball when Rutger Hammarberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fasseröds BK were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FC Turabdin to leave the ground with a draw.
