Sakarias Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Arne Lund in the 15th minute of the match. Allan Skog hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Björn Rolfsson fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ransta FF's protests and gave Björn Rolfsson a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ransta FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! Anders Bergkvist placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Magnus Rosendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvard Mogren having to interfere. Anders Bergkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Bengt-Arne Lund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sakarias Andersson. Hovås IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bengt-Arne Lund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 37 minutes into the game, Anders Bergkvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edvard Mogren. Anders Bergkvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Sakarias Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Åke Frykberg in the 40th minute of play. Bengt-Åke Frykberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ransta FF's Bengt-Åke Frykberg in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Magnus Rosendahl came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Hovås IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Magnus Rosendahl couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the game, Hovås IFK's Magnus Rosendahl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvard Mogren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Bengt-Arne Lund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Sakarias Andersson made a huge save. Bengt-Åke Frykberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sakarias Andersson having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Hovås IFK's goalkeeper Sakarias Andersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt-Arne Lund.
