After a rather tough play, Hammarby united's Derman Sargan got a free kick in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Jan-Ove Hellström could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Ivan Kling however easily saved by the left post. 17 minutes into the match, Hammarby united's goalkeeper Ivan Kling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Ove Hellström. Patrick Helander came free in the 19th minute and tried to tip the ball over Charles Burman, but to the joy of SPORTING's supporters the ball went over. In the 20th minute, Yngve Törnblom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Hammarby united's Minor Chaclar got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, SPORTING's Jan-Ove Hellström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Kling narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 傅辉鹰 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nils-Emil Lindqvist fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SPORTING's protests and gave Nils-Emil Lindqvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th match minute, SPORTING was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Emil Lindqvist to maneuver through the defense. Hammarby united's Ivan Kling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 傅辉鹰 in the 38th minute of play. Derman Sargan's late challenge caught a SPORTING's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Derman Sargan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SPORTING booed when Hammarby united was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Derman Sargan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Alvar Eklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. SPORTING's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvar Eklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Kling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Hammarby united's zone, 傅辉鹰 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Kling came out of the goal and 傅辉鹰 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hammarby united's Ivan Kling proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Hammarby united from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Ivan Kling came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by SPORTING's 傅辉鹰. But to his dismay, 傅辉鹰 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 60th minute, 傅辉鹰 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Kling was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Ivan Kling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Hellström in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hammarby united's Derman Sargan got a free kick in the 67th minute. Jan-Ove Hellström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Kling having to interfere. Ivan Kling came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by SPORTING's Jan-Ove Hellström. But to his dismay, Jan-Ove Hellström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Patrick Helander hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 78 minutes of play, SPORTING's Jan-Ove Hellström made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Kling was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ivan Kling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 傅辉鹰 in the 85th minute of play. SPORTING's Jan-Ove Hellström got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Ove Hellström in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Kling prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Minor Chaclar kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, 傅辉鹰 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SPORTING's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hammarby united the free kick. In the 96th match minute, SPORTING was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 傅辉鹰 to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SPORTING had played much better football throughout.
