Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Albin Lindblom took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bengt Bergren during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Rottne IK got a freekick which was hit by Bengt Bergren. Kent Lund kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, Bari FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Dahlqvist to maneuver through the defense. Albin Lindblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matthias Bengtsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Lindman, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 18th minute of the match Pär Matsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thomas Myhr skillfully saved the ball. Matthias Bengtsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Finnman in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bari FC's Hans Åman got a free kick in the 21st minute. Bertil Persson hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Bari FC's Matthias Bengtsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Örjan Finnman in the 30th minute of play. Matthias Bengtsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Lindblom, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Rottne IK's Albin Lindblom got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thomas Myhr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pär Matsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 41 minutes, Bertil Persson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bari FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Persson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bertil Persson to strike the kick off in the second half. Thomas Myhr came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bari FC's Bertil Persson. But to his dismay, Bertil Persson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 57 minutes into the match, Bertil Persson notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Rottne IK's Thomas Myhr. Thomas Myhr was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hans Åman charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hans Åman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hans Åman kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Örjan Finnman kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Persson in the 76th minute of play forced Rottne IK's goalkeeper Thomas Myhr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bertil Persson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Myhr having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Rottne IK's zone, Bertil Persson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Myhr came out of the goal and Bertil Persson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Xan Espada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bari FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
