Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eric Andreasson got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Laureano Rico made a precise shot to the right of Jens-Ola Pihlberg. Romelanda FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 11th minute, Laureano Rico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens-Ola Pihlberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 17 minutes into the game, Wiktor Mårtensson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romelanda FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hylia Lakers the free kick. After a rather tough play, Romelanda FC's Wiktor Mårtensson got a free kick in the 17th minute. Bo Vase took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens-Ola Pihlberg. Jens-Ola Pihlberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Hylia Lakers's Håkan Sjöström got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Romelanda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pontus Jakobsson came free, but Jens-Ola Pihlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 played minutes Romelanda FC got a freekick which was hit by Dag Wallin. 31 minutes into the match, Laureano Rico notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Romelanda FC's Jens-Ola Pihlberg. Jens-Ola Pihlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute, Ingvar Kämpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Romelanda FC's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Pihlberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 39th minute Laureano Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Pihlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Hylia Lakers's Håkan Sjöström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens-Ola Pihlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Håkan Sjöström made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Pontus Jakobsson made a precise shot to the right of Jens-Ola Pihlberg. Romelanda FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. If Håkan Sjöström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. After having played for 70 minutes, Håkan Sjöström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hylia Lakers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Håkan Sjöström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Romelanda FC's Eric Andreasson got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Jens-Ola Pihlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Rico in the 75th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Laureano Rico notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Romelanda FC's Jens-Ola Pihlberg. Jens-Ola Pihlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Romelanda FC booed when Hylia Lakers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Vase didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Ola Pihlberg made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Pontus Jakobsson sent off a good shot on target. Jens-Ola Pihlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Rico in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Pontus Jakobsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hylia Lakers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8.
