Kjell Dalkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th match minute, Risögrund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Mager to maneuver through the defense. If Adam Sörman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kjell Dalkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Billy Forsberg's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Daniel Sjöström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjell Dalkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Sörman, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Daniel Sjöström notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Skogstorp BF's Thor Ahlstedt. Thor Ahlstedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute, Sivert Vallin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Skogstorp BF's Adam Sörman got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adam Sörman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Dalkvist having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam Sörman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Billy Forsberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Kjell Dalkvist however easily saved by the left post. Kjell Dalkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Billy Forsberg's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Kjell Dalkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Sörman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mathias Svanström's late challenge caught a Skogstorp BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mathias Svanström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th minute, Mathias Svanström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Billy Forsberg came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Skogstorp BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billy Forsberg couldn't finish the play. If Daniel Sjöström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Sjöström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thor Ahlstedt having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Risögrund's Samuel Ugla got a free kick in the 75th minute. Kjell Dalkvist made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Billy Forsberg sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Risögrund getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Olov Mager hit a great ball. Risögrund's Kjell Dalkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Risögrund from getting a goal against them. Kjell Dalkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Billy Forsberg's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute of the match Sören Caspersson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kjell Dalkvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Skogstorp BF's Billy Forsberg came free and shot a quick shot against goal 90 minutes in the game, fortunately Kjell Dalkvist had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Adam Sörman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Dalkvist having to interfere. With a little luck, Risögrund's Kjell Dalkvist got control of the ball when Billy Forsberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Skogstorp BF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
