Simon Svensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt Wickander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Simon Svensson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th minute of the match Eric Fagrell sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bengt Wickander skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Forsman in the 19th minute of play forced Tegs SK's goalkeeper Carl Blomqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ion Avram's late challenge caught a Tegs SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ion Avram helped the player get up and apologised. Ion Avram hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Simon Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Bengt Wickander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eric Fagrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Wickander having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hemavan's zone, Torsten Odeen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt Wickander came out of the goal and Torsten Odeen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Simon Svensson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bengt Wickander. Hemavan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Svensson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 42nd minute, Simon Svensson made a precise shot to the right of Bengt Wickander. Hemavan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Astor Dorio to make the kick off. Carl Blomqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Dorio in the 55th minute of the match. Torsten Forsman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Carl Blomqvist made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Tegs SK's Per Brander got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 69th match minute, Tegs SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Odeen to maneuver through the defense. Carl Blomqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Tillman, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. If Simon Svensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th match minute, Hemavan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Larsson to maneuver through the defense. Bengt Wickander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Bengt Wickander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torsten Odeen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tegs SK's Carl Blomqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Tegs SK from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute, Torsten Odeen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th minute Astor Dorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Blomqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Dorio in the 96th minute of play forced Tegs SK's goalkeeper Carl Blomqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tegs SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hemavan had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
