In the 3rd minute Sigvard Vestberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Oskar Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Ålberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nils Ålberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Oskar Andersson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nils Ålberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Sven-Oskar Andersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nils Ålberg in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Nils Ålberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Oskar Andersson. Björkhöjd FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nils Ålberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Sigvard Vestberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Sigvard Vestberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Oskar Andersson was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. If Sigvard Vestberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Nils Ålberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bergby IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils Ålberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Oskar Andersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nils Ålberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Oskar Andersson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Sigvard Vestberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sven-Oskar Andersson, passed just outside the right post. Björkhöjd FC's Sven-Oskar Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigvard Vestberg in the 27th minute of play. Jens-Ola Kuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Bålström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Bertil Billock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nils Ålberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nils Ålberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Oskar Andersson having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Bålström was the one to do the kick off. Elof Eriksson's late challenge caught a Bergby IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elof Eriksson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute, Elof Eriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Björkhöjd FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Ålberg came free, but Sven-Oskar Andersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Oskar Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Ålberg in the 61st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sigvard Vestberg in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Oskar Andersson saved Björkhöjd FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Björkhöjd FC's zone, Nils Ålberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Oskar Andersson came out of the goal and Nils Ålberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven-Oskar Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Ålberg in the 69th minute of the match. Björkhöjd FC's Sven-Oskar Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigvard Vestberg in the 80th minute of play. If Nils Ålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Oskar Andersson came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Bergby IK's Nils Ålberg. But to his dismay, Nils Ålberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Nils Ålberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Sven-Oskar Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bergby IK's Sigvard Vestberg got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bergby IK fully deserved thier win.
