In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Norrorts AIK's goalkeeper Göran Levander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ralf Siöman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörn Byström in the 23rd minute of the match. Göran Levander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Bergstedt in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Norrorts AIK getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Lennart Östensson hit a great ball. Ralf Siöman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörn Byström in the 30th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ivar Bergstedt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Göran Levander was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 35thth minute of the game Ivar Bergstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Norrorts AIK's Göran Levander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Bergstedt in the 38th minute of play forced Norrorts AIK's goalkeeper Göran Levander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fabrizio Melchiorre came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Assassins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabrizio Melchiorre couldn't finish the play. 2-0 became the score in the 47th minute when Jörn Byström elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

In the 57th minute, Georg Nordstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jörn Byström fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Norrorts AIK's protests and gave Jörn Byström a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Assassins booed when Norrorts AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörn Byström didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Karl-Michael Pålsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ralf Siöman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Pålsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jörn Byström struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Ralf Siöman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norrorts AIK. In the 71st minute Karl-Michael Pålsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralf Siöman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralf Siöman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Michael Pålsson went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Karl-Michael Pålsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ralf Siöman was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Norrorts AIK's Göran Levander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Bergstedt in the 84th minute of play. Assassins's Marcus Mellbad managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lennart Låsberg in the 95 minute of the game. Göran Levander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Bergstedt in the 96th minute of the match. Norrorts AIK's Göran Levander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Norrorts AIK from getting a goal against them. In the 98th minute, Ivar Bergstedt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Göran Levander. The goal made the score 4-1.
